Noetic / Policy Node
This document explains what personal and technical data Noetic may collect through its website and developmental AI demo, why that information is used, how long it is kept, and what rights users and guardians can exercise.
Noetic is a personal research and hobby project created by George Katavatis and Pany Katavatis in Athens, Greece.
At the time of this policy there is no registered company, no VAT number, and no employees. All activity is carried out by the two founders under the supervision of their father, [Father's Full Name], who will act as the future legal director if a corporate entity is formed.
Even though Noetic is not yet operating as a business, the website and demo may collect personal data such as email addresses, voice recordings, and device or sensor logs.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have when using the website or demo.
If you are under 16, we will collect this data only after a parent or legal guardian has provided explicit written or email consent.

You may request deletion of personal data at any time by emailing privacy@noetic.ai. We will comply unless a legal retention requirement applies.

If a corporate entity such as Noetic AI Technologies Ltd. is formed in the future, this policy may be transferred to that entity.
Core protections covering data categories, user rights, security, children's consent, and liability will remain materially the same, while company identity details such as address, registration data, and contact information may be updated.
